Dennis has worked in Senior Executive positions and as an RTO consultant in diverse industries in Australia and Internationally, including vocational and higher education, health care, diploma, certificate and vocational programs in business, general management, change management, human resource, marketing, and non-profit organisations. Dennis is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Consultant and advisor in Australia and internationally. He has assisted numerous Australian RTOs in government registration, preparation and set up of RTOs, AQTF audit compliance, curriculum development, CRICOS application, extension to scope for training packages, mapping learning and assessment materials, developing training and assessment materials, business development and set up RTO collaboration ventures for domestic and international RTOs.

Peter  has over 30 years' experience in business in a diverse range of industries including manufacturing, logistics, fitness, training & education, real estate, recreation, recruiting, information & information technology, contact centres, hospitality, sales and marketing. Peter has experience as a business owner, entrepreneur and manager at senior, executive & board levels with over 15 years consultant experience in both public and private sectors with several multi-million dollar successes. Some of the keys to his previous successes include: constructing & promoting high performance teams & the personal growth of its members., investing heavily in individuals who show enterprise and integrity and  leading and embedding change.
