Vocational Education Consultants Australia (VECA) commenced operations in November 2011. VECA is a consultancy service specialising in the provision of a wide range of services to Registered Training Organisations throughout Australia. Denis Chiron founded VECA after he retired from CBEC and found that his services were very much still in demand and unable to be met by anyone else? in his network or previous workplace. VECA has since moved its operations to operate under the banner of National RTO Consultants when Dennis joined with several colleagues in the industry to form a very cohesive and specialist team.
